Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping
Orders are dispatched from the United States. In-stock items leave the studio within two business days; special orders are confirmed by email with their own timing.
Fragrance restrictions
Perfume is classified as a restricted material by most carriers. Some international destinations cannot receive it at all, and others allow it only by surface transport. Eligibility is checked before dispatch: if your destination is restricted, we contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance and opened shea butter cannot be returned unless faulty. Special orders and sourced requests are final sale once accepted. Write to us before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, shipping address and phone number if you provide it. Marketing emails are sent only when you explicitly opt in, and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.
Product authenticity
Perfumes and jewelry sold here are created by third-party houses and independent makers, and each is presented under its own brand name. Adufe curates and resells these products. Pure shea butter is the one product line sold as an Adufe-branded item.
Terms
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in USD and may change before an order is placed. Quotes issued for sourcing requests are private, personal to the recipient, and expire on the date stated in the quote.
